We are seeking a skilled and motivated and experienced Computer and PhoneTechnician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for various computer systems and mobile devices. This position requires a strong understanding of operating systems, software troubleshooting, and equipment repair. The Computer Technician will work in house, ensuring that all devices are functioning optimally and meeting user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues on desktop computers, laptops, and mobile and Apple devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to operating systems, including Mac OS, iOS, Android, and other platforms.
  • Perform equipment repairs and maintenance on various devices, ensuring they meet performance standards.
  • Assist users with software troubleshooting to enhance their overall technology experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, service requests, and inventory management.

Skills

  • Proficiency in iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Strong background in technical support for both Mac OS and Windows environments.
  • Experience with service operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices including smartphones and iPads
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and their functionalities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively assist users in understanding technical issues.
